| I wish to express my gratitude to your staff for the exemplary service I received when I broke down literally outside your premises last Tuesday. I could have come to a halt anywhere betwen Spalding and Surrey but I could not have picked a better place!
Mike gave me a push to get me into your yard, your receptionist made me very comfortable and to my great surprise, the offending alternator was replaced while I waited, being plied with numerous cups of coffee in the meantime! Cliff appears to have done a fantastic job and Clive was particularly concerned about my welfare during the long wait.
Examples of such conscientious service are all too rare these days and I have already cited your company as an example of where it persists.
I regret that I live so far away or you would certainly be looking after my car in future.
